As this is a marketplace, and we utilize direct connections with our suppliers to place orders, there is a limited window in which an order can be canceled. You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of order placement.
If the order is canceled after the time frame and has been prepared for shipment, then cancellation requests will not be accepted. At that stage, your ordered item will be processed and shipped to you and you will need to return the item for a refund or exchange as per our store return policy.

Please allow 4-7 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. Note that shipping times may vary and are intended to be indicative only. La Bella Stella is not responsible for delays in customs, payment approval, or other similar matters.
If a shipment is refused, or not retrieved after attempted delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to La Bella Stella. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses as our couriers require a signature for delivery confirmation.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon shipping, you'll receive another email with a tracking number.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments.
Please note: As items ship from Europe, delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed and may take longer in some cases. If you order will be delayed, La Bella Stella will notify you immediately.

Once your return has been received at our facilities, please allow 3-5 business days processing time.
Your refund will be processed once your return has passed our quality check. You will receive a confirmation email with return details once completed.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to post back into your account.

We value every customer and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we gladly accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund which are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Please note the following:
- Any item returned and received by La Bella Stella within the 14-day return window, will receive a full refund amount in the original form of payment.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included.
- Any items returned to La Bella Stella after the return period or without the original packaging will not be accepted and shipped back to the original shipping address.
- Items not available to return include: Altered Apparel, Special Orders, Cloth Face Mask Coverings, Undergarments, Swimwear, Jewelry, Perishables or Personalized/Monogrammed Items.
- All items identified as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

We value every customer and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to exchange the saleable merchandise and offer an even-dollar exchange and item exchanged accepted within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be sent to you or the replacement item will be sent once once your order has been received and processed.
Please note the following:
- All items returned for exchange must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included.
- Any items returned to us after the exchange period or without the original packaging will not be accepted and shipped back to the original shipping address.
- Altered Apparel, Special Orders, Cloth Face Mask Coverings, Undergarments, Swimwear, Jewelry, Perishables or Personalized/Monogrammed Items cannot be returned.
- All items Identified as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if an item is in its original condition and accepted for return or exchange. If a returned item does not meet the required standards, it will be sent back to the original shipping address and your return will be denied.
